Horseradish roots ready to transplant

Once there was only a single horseradish plant here. Then I transplanted a few pieces to a new bed and forgot about them. One autumn day I ran over the bed with a tiller and kept on going. Next year there were dozens showing up.

So, now its time to get them a place of their own where they can grow huge roots out of reach of the tiller but not my shovel or food processor.
